Shipping costs

Parcels are shipped via the carrier selected when finalizing your order. 

They are shipped to the address provided (the Customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided in the address and ensure that it is complete). 

Regardless of the delivery method selected, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the parcel's total weight. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Particular attention is paid to fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Shipping times

In accordance with European legislation on distance selling, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing justification.

The maximum delivery period is 28 business days from confirmation of your order.

If the order is placed before 22H, it is shipped the following day (J), Monday to Friday (not guaranteed).

If the order is placed after 22H, it is shipped on the next business day (J+1), Monday to Friday (not guaranteed).

The shipping times for your parcel are specified when selecting the carrier: usual delivery time (between 1 and 2 days depending on the carrier selected) and maximum delivery time (between 1 and 4 days depending on the carrier selected).
